If your online purchase is not suitable, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels & tagswithin 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary depending on bank or building society speeds, so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or if they are made to order. Curvy Chic Bridal is not liable for the cost of returning items or if items are lost in the post. Please note earrings and made to order items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged in perfect condition.
Exchange an item
Please follow the ‘Return an Item’ procedure for the return of your online purchase you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. (For purchases made in our Holywood Road branch – we are happy to offer a credit note or exchange for unsuitable items.)
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent on the item. We would ask that you take care with fake tan or makeup when trying on the garment. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and may result in the item being sent back to the customer. Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene issues. Custom made and made to order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
